The terms for using our websites. They cover the websites only; any project we take on is governed by its own written agreement.
Who we are
These websites (nirmaan.online and ip.nirmaan.online) are run by Nirmaan, a software studio. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions go to nirmaansoftware@gmail.com.
What the content is
The websites describe what we do, so you can decide whether to talk to us. They are information, not advice for your specific situation.
Prices and estimates
Prices, packages, and the estimator show typical ranges. They are not a quote or an offer. A project starts only when we both agree a written proposal with its scope, price, and timeline, and that agreement governs the work.
Enquiries
Sending us an enquiry does not create an agreement or oblige either of us to anything. Please don't send passwords or other confidential material through the form. How we handle what you send is in our privacy policy.
Who owns what
The websites' text, design, and the Nirmaan name and mark belong to Nirmaan. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back. Open-source projects we publish, such as IP Nirmaan, are covered by the license in their own repository, not by these terms.
Other websites
We link to websites we don't run, such as client sites and GitHub. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We work to keep the websites accurate and available, but provide them as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using them or relying on their content.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
